Who are we?

The Kizo Effect, LLC is a health-conscious organization that helps people improve their quality of life through healthy lifestyle choices, injury prevention, recovery from injury, and  health consumer empowerment. We also promote equitable access to healthcare to reduce health and healthcare disparities via a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive society. 

Mission: Our mission is to promote and inspire healthier lifestyles through health services and education and to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in health, healthcare, and society.

Vision: To use our platform to effect change and to promote optimal health and wellness physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and socially. To educate and empower people to be advocates for themselves when it comes to their health. We also strive to be an integral force in eradicating inequities in health, healthcare, and society.
